MR LECTURER CAU GHT BAN GING A FEMALE STUDENT THAT WENT TO COLLECT HER RESULT (PHOTOS)

Lecture@ c@ught b@ngging a female student that went to collect her result, as you can see from the picture, this is what going on in our higher Institution on a daily bases. Government need to check this before things fall apart
